today had my f&n practical. it rocked but all of us was damn tired. and it was fun. i enjoy cooking!! haha. Thanks dad and mrs chen for helping me.. my dad did helped me alot.=) helped me buy all the ingredients and cleaned them. his the best dad ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love daddy!! mrs chen helped me and the others alot. although she's damn naggy. spoil ppl's mood. =x haha. i was quite fast at the beginning. then suddenly ping told me she finishing le. then i began to panick. lucky managed to finish cooking all the dishes!! my time managment suck lah. and something cropped up. i dint expect my stingray to take such a long time to cook. it took around 45 mins. but at home i tried it only took about 20 minutes. the others was ok lah. my fish head was so big until no plates/bowls could fit into it. then mrs chen helped me found the biggest one. freak me out k. i thought the sch so cheapo, dont have so big one. lucky have. if not i could have died.here's the outcome of my practical.
sweet and sour prawns. yummy. but i think it looks pretty weird with the "victory" pinapple surrounding it. haha.
baked crabs. it looks so damn cute with the parsley. mrs chen helped me put one. damn cute can. the whipped egg on top almost got chao dar. lucky i checked if not it will turned out black. haha. not like this golden brown liaos. am so impressed with it. =))))
barbequed stingray! took me so long to finished it. although the shortest time to prepare. looks nice though. the sambal my dad helped me prepare de. and its damn delicious k!
fish head curry. the picture above doesnt look like any fish head lah. because it has been covered with so many vegetables. =) LOLs. the hardest dish ever. look carefully and you will see the eye of the fish.

sian. now have to do my evaluation. i nv really tasted the dishes yet lor. but nvm lah.. anyhow make up stories. am very impressed with myself. this is the first time my practical turned out so well. =) happy happy!! and mrs chen actually da bao-ed my stingray, fish head curry and one of the baked crabs home. i told her i dont have such a big container to keep the fish. then she say she will bring home. so i gave her all my dish except the prawns. HAHA!!
